Instructions
Consume pre-workout to top off energy systems, or during exercise to fuel and get the most out of your workouts.
Mix ½ packet (13.5 grams) per 8 to 12 fluid ounces of water. Each pack contains two servings (27 grams, 100 calories), enough for about 24 fluid ounces of water. Since hydration, fueling and taste are personal, feel free to make slightly more or less concentrated.
